Bob began his Financial Services career in 1967 as a Life Insurance Agent in his home town of Dallas, Texas. Already a veteran of four years in the U.S. Navy and married, he graduated with a business degree from SMU in 1974. By 1982 he had earned his CLU designation from The American College. Meanwhile he had progressed from agent to company executive with two major life insurance companies. By the early 90’s Bob had gained a wealth of experience in employee and executive benefits, business insurance, and estate planning. As the life insurance business grew into an integrated financial services business, Bob continued to maintain his primary focus on the insurance side of the business.
Bob’s active licenses include: Texas General Lines Insurance Agent and Texas Life and Health Insurance Counselor. His professional designations include: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC). As a contracted Associate with the Texas Dental Association Financial Services Insurance Program for over eleven years, Bob has focused much of his efforts on helping TDA members with solid insurance recommendations and dedicated customer service.
Bob’s personal activities include boating and camping. He and his wife Betsy live in Dallas. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Pat served four years of active duty in the United States Navy and 2 years reserve duty; he was honorably discharged. He graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia with a BS in Business Management in 1970.
He began his Banking and Financial Services career that same year accepting a position with a regional national bank in Virginia. Leaving the banking industry in 1978, Pat opened his first business as a residential and multi-family builder as well as a Developer of several successful single family land developments in Texas. Pat returned to the financial services banking business in 1983 serving in senior management, sales, sales training and real estate lending positions with regional and national lending institutions. Pat left Banking and Finance in 1994 to open a marine service business on Canyon Lake in Austin, Texas. Returning to Banking and finance in 1997, Pat served in senior positions until retiring in 2011. After retirement, Pat has acted as a Texas Court appointed Receiver serving in multiple cases.
Pat’s active license is Texas General Lines Insurance Agent (Life, Accident, and Health & HMO) Past Interests and accomplishments include: Commercial Diver – Inland, Scuba Instruction – PADI IDC Instructor, Pilot– Commercial/Multi-engine/Instrument. His current personal interests include boating with his brother and camping. He and his wife Sandra live in Richardson, Texas. They have 3 children together and 2 grandchildren. He and Sandra are Members of Prestonwood Baptist Church.
